Strong interview performance is rarely spontaneous. It comes from a rehearsed inventory of examples that can be recombined to answer unfamiliar questions.
Build twelve: leadership, conflict, failure, influence without authority, delivery under pressure, change, ambiguity, stakeholder management, commercial judgement, data-led decision, coaching, and ethics.
Write each in a situation-action-result structure with one hard number. Rehearse aloud. The goal is fluency, not memorisation.
