Terms of Service
The terms that govern every Korex Careers engagement.
Scope of services
Services are delivered as described in the package or written proposal agreed at the start of an engagement. Additions to scope are quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
Timely provision of accurate career information, target role descriptions and feedback is required for delivery timelines to hold.
Revisions
Two structured rounds of refinement are included with document engagements, to be requested within 14 days of first delivery.
Payment
Engagements begin once payment or the agreed deposit is received. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Because work begins immediately and is bespoke, fees are non-refundable once drafting has started. Before drafting begins, a full refund is available on request.
No guarantee of employment
We provide strategy, craft and preparation. Hiring decisions rest with employers, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
On full payment, final delivered documents belong to you. Frameworks, templates and methodology remain our property.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep engagement details confidential. We will not publish client work without written permission.
